Where account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Quotes provided by suppliers through the Platform are offers made directly by the supplier and are subject to the supplier’s own terms of sale unless otherwise agreed. Komercia facilitates the connection and process but is not itself the manufacturer of listed products unless explicitly stated.
While Komercia takes reasonable steps to verify supplier credentials and delivery history, we do not guarantee the performance of any individual supplier and encourage buyers to review quotes, specifications, and terms carefully before confirming an order.
Pricing displayed or quoted through the Platform is subject to change and confirmation at the time of order. Any payment terms will be communicated clearly before an order is confirmed.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Komercia or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komercia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on supplier-provided information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user found to be in violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
